Our Story
EC Engineering was founded on a straightforward premise: that MEP engineering should be a collaborative, technically rigorous discipline — not a commodity service. Principal Engineer Garrison Elder built the firm around that belief, drawing on 25 years of hands-on experience designing systems for some of the Southeast's most demanding projects.
Based in Chattanooga, Tennessee, EC Engineering has grown into a trusted partner for architects, general contractors, and building owners across the region. Our portfolio spans commercial office, healthcare, multi-family residential, institutional, and mixed-use developments — totaling more than 15 million square feet of engineered building systems.
