Full MEP and fire protection design for the new building, including HVAC zoning for operatory, reception, and staff areas, dental-grade plumbing for chair-side equipment and sterilization, electrical distribution for dental units, imaging systems, and equipment circuits, and fire protection throughout.

New dental construction in a warm, humid climate requires careful attention to moisture control and ventilation in operatory areas, coordination of centralized vacuum and compressed air systems, and an envelope design that keeps the interior comfortable and energy-efficient year-round.
