Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing design for the full renovation, integrating modern MEP systems within the constraints of the historic Wright structure.

Preserving the architectural integrity of a Frank Lloyd Wright–designed building while routing modern MEP systems required concealed installations and close coordination with the historic preservation requirements of the structure.
