Tennessee Valley Federal Credit Union is a multi-story financial institution that underwent a significant addition and major renovation of its existing facility — expanding and modernizing the building while maintaining full operations throughout construction.

Full MEP and fire protection design for both the new addition and the renovation of existing spaces, including HVAC system upgrades and extensions, electrical service upgrades and distribution throughout renovated and new areas, plumbing modifications and additions, and fire protection coverage for all affected spaces.

Coordinating new MEP systems with existing infrastructure in an occupied financial facility required careful phasing and sequencing to avoid service interruptions — particularly for electrical and HVAC systems serving active banking operations during construction.
