Renovation of a historic commercial building at 614 Main Street in Chattanooga, Tennessee into a new multi-family apartment community. The project transformed the existing structure into modern residential units while preserving the building's industrial-era brick and storefront character.

Full MEP and fire protection design for the renovation, covering all new residential apartment units, common areas, and building-wide mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems within the existing structure.

Retrofitting full MEP and fire protection systems into an existing historic commercial structure required careful coordination with the existing building fabric, structural constraints, and code compliance for a change of occupancy to residential use.
