Liberty Tower

Liberty Tower is a prominent multi-story Class A office building in downtown Chattanooga, Tennessee, serving as home to multiple large businesses and professional tenants. EC Engineering provided full MEP and fire protection design services for a comprehensive renovation of the building's core systems.

Full renovation of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems throughout the building, including HVAC upgrades for multi-tenant comfort and energy efficiency, power distribution, lighting, plumbing, and life-safety systems.

Coordinating a full MEP renovation within an occupied, multi-tenant high-rise required careful phasing to maintain continuous operations for existing tenants while upgrading aging infrastructure to modern performance and code standards.
