Full MEP and fire protection design for the restaurant, including commercial kitchen systems, HVAC for the intimate dining rooms, electrical distribution, plumbing, and fire protection throughout the historic cottage structure.

Integrating modern commercial kitchen MEP systems and fire protection into a 1920s cottage required careful coordination to preserve the historic character of the structure while meeting current code requirements for a full-service restaurant.
